  6. Thank you so much. You're AWESOME! :)
  7. This was solid info Lisa. I'm at the point to where I pay cash for everything. I make sure to purchase homes in the $40k to 50k price range. I also make sure that the work needed to fix them up stays in the range of $10,000 but sometimes I end up spending 15k in repairs for things I didn't spot in the beginning but I'm getting better. I stay away from banks like the plague and some credit unions because they are all plastic and fake.
I was in a popular bank in CA during a trip. I stopped in to get cash. I asked to use the bathroom and they said no. I asked to speak to the bank manager. I told him that I'm giving his bank my business and that I'm holding a very large amount of money in his bank. He had the audacity to verifying it and they apologized for not letting me use the restroom. 4 weeks later I moved every last cent of my money to another bank. With out our business none of these banks could exist. I make them treat me like royalty regardless. Good video.

  13. Hi.. Do you have any videos discussing the actual leasing documents. Also, it would be great if you can do a video showing yourself actually going to an investment property, buying it, fixing it up from start to finish and then renting it out..
  14. Thank you.
  15. This is good advice. I was thinking of applying for a Home Depot card.
  16. At the yime, did u have to use a business name or personal name for wels fargo Home Projects Visa?Their application is asking me for my bus name and monthly sales..lol
  17. Wow, thank you for this advice.  It had never even occurred to me to look for lines of credit from these places.  By the way, I have watched about a dozen of your real estate videos.  You get an A+ on your presentation skills and how you come across.  Very personable and you explain things well.
  18. Yes.  I have over 35 credit cards.  Do what you have to and buy Real Estate with all you got.  Just make sure you have a home that is eventually "saleable" and positive cash flow after ALL expenses.  Even if you make a mistake, the appreciation till 2022-2024 will bail you out.
  19. Valuable info for newbies like me...
  20. Do you still maintain the rule of 3rds for your lines of credit?... Making sure not to spend more than a third of your available balance? My experience is that having a high balance on your cards can have a negative impact on your credit score.
