  4. I am so proud of you I'll be watching your videos hope u can be my mentor
  5. Thank you for this video! Most videos I've seen the people were already perfectly set up.. had great credit with 20k to put down when getting a 100k loan and so on. So it's good to know that u can get started with low priced houses and make it work.. I'm looking to get started asap. Also, I'm in Richmond!! Lol
  6. Are you uhhh.. in a closet?
  7. Happy I found your channel! This is exactly what I've been thinking of. I'm Canadian and I see these cheap deals for good houses in the US and I can't believe no one is talking about it! Such a luring investment market <3
  8. I don't think in any of these videos out here I have heard anyone talk in depth about the struggles of tenants. Like how hard was it to put folks in these homes?
  9. How do you handle management of out of state properties?
  10. Because you have property in multiple states, do you manage them yourself or do you use property management?
  11. Hi can you tell what's a good way to start finding the properties?
  12. You are like a real person! You seem like one of us and not the millionaire real estate guru that just wants us to like and subscribe. Is $20k enough to start investing? I own a house in the LA area however I cannot afford to buy a rental property here. Im 30 years old and looking to get started in the real estate rental investing
  13. Great information! Thanks for sharing!
  14. I love this video..thanks  for relating your story..! You are a Godsend!!!! I just bought a home in Midlothian Va for 200k and was thinking about renting that out and getting another to live in.... but now perhaps I will look for lower priced homes in the Richmond area for just rentals.. Instead of buying another home for 200k..it would make more sense just to buy a rental and stay in my primary... only problem in this area is that a 30- 50k will be in the middle of a war zone..  It is a challenge to find a good cheap property   Maybe I will consider out of state or out of town? Either way you have changed my plan for the better..!. I have a high income a can afford 20 percent down for a cheaper rental property.. thanks!!! sub I will sign up for the newsletter
  15. Totally agree. It's also worked for me. Easy to cash flow and lower value property in my opinion grow faster in equity
  16. I'm still scratching my head over finding homes under 30k lol
