5. This is very educational and he sounds very wise. I just hope that he did not generalise the people working for companies as wasting their time and doing it for free. Some people actually love their job and learning from people who have more experience than them. A person who works in a company can still find it rewarding and save money for the future. And besides owning a business means you need people yourself to work for you.
