Also, I've been looking into getting a laptop for trading and I've been hearing that you need a minimum of 8gb of ram to trade effectively, but I seem to get by with my iphone and tablet just fine and they've got about a gig of ram between them. just wondered what your opinion was on it? what can you get by one and whats the lowest youd go in terms of ram.

I've been having a lot of trades where I buy something as its going up and literally the moment I buy it the arse falls out and I just wait till its done going down and take out a few positions as its going up, that way if I don't make a profit on the first trade I can still profit overall. not sure how sound a strategy that is but it seems to work.
