2. So, Buffett wouldnt take the companies that making 20% return (200k/20k)? that mess a pretty sweet deal??
3. WHY would I pay even $100,000 of my own money for a net $20,000 per year??? That's 5 whole years before I'd break even. Now if I could borrow the money at a 6% interest rate and profit 12 percent until the loan is paid off, then perhaps that would make business sense.
