1. I like rule on inflation that's absolutely true unless of course there is some sort of event that makes for a credit crunch and then by default makes a short term deflationary environment but overall once typically normal environment is re-established the inflation continues, so currency generally self destructs
2. are you sure? about the internet? what if say radio signals make ISPs obsolete. A computer that uses radio waves like hard wired internet?
3. I'm new to investing so I bought a couple of ex-dividend stocks by mistake. But is this really so bad? The price of each stock dropped by more than the amount of the dividend, they are both excellent companies and now i dont have to pay tax on this years dividend. Thoughts? Am I being silly?
4. On their website, where they used Disney as an example to teach about intrinsic value, they concluded that in 2012 Disney was overvalued at $44. Today, the book value for that company is $106. I guess Buffet's rules are not perfect.
5. do you have a video directed towards trading platforms? I'm not sure which website I should be suing to invest....
