3. Boy that is bad advice.
4. This is really bad advice. Dave Ramsey's system has some good general guidelines but he often falls short in his failure to take a holistic view of individual situations--particularly for millennials. Assuming these people are able to throw $50k a year at their debt, it will take them at least seven years to be debt free. And they are probably over 26 already. Which means they will be in their mid-thirties, debt free, but nothing else to show for it.

6. Poor Dave. He has to take call from people who do not want to listen. Why do they call? Do they call just to hear themselves on the radio?!!!!
7. This guy that called in doesn't sound too bright. I don't think he''ll be taking any of Dave's suggestions.
8. Never get a student loans to get an education. If you want a university degree, be a working student. Work in the day, attend school at night. No matter how long it will take you to finish, maybe 7 years, at least you dont have a debt after graduation.
9. Was anybody else facepalming and sighing in frustration just listening to this call? I sure as heck know I was, that was really tough to listen to.

11. I really hate how this guy acts like there is a formula for everything and like has it all figured out. I also hate the way he talks down to people when giving them advice. And what is with the negativity... "Better than I deserve?!?!?" if I heard that I would have hung up the phone.
12. Allow student loans to become Bankrupcy discharable.  Watch how fast tuition rates drop when they are no longer Gov't Backed lol.
13. Buy a tiny home and pay off the debt.
14. NWO is already in place in America. University education is still free in most European countries and all have free National Health. Your country is run by Satan . You no longer even eat food but junk and food like products only. $300 000 for education ? No offence but every time I meet an American in Europe they hardly have any general knowledge about geography ,history etc. and don't tend to speak any foreign languages. What kind of education is that ? The whole country worships celebrities and morons ,your new president a good example ...

16. he is trying to spend money to make money, it's a big gamble, when you get renters you don't know how they are, they can make a list of things and if not fix you can be sued.
