Therefore, let me share with you six critical lessons that every newbie (and advanced investor, I suppose) needs to know about investing in real estate.

   2) Listen to audiobooks on real estate. Attend real estate clubs
   3) Your belief set determines your outcome. Let go of limiting beliefs. Spend more time with rich people.
   4) Stop listening to people with horror stories. People fail because its hard and don't want to continuously learn.
   5) Math matters. You need to calculate your expenses. (I suggest using RateHub)
   6) Market is doable. Automate real estate searches. Can't wait for a deal to fall in your lap.

5. Audible made a big difference for me. I listenned to more than 20 books during the past year and some of them ive listenned more than twice.
