  16. love your videos, Phil. but am curious as to what your ideal term of " success " in real estate is. Personally I feel if after 2-3 years ,  you are not banking at least $1million cash a year , success hasn't found you . I'm 45 yrs.old , and by 50 I need to be in the higher10's of millions of dollars net worth to claim success . just my opinion
  17. This is all great advice. Persistence is one of the most valuable character traits, for any investor, in any asset class. Also, do your due diligence. Try to eliminate as much risk as possible. And have fun.
