8. Tom, you are using every second word as fuck. It is OK, i think if you think of it you are kind of getting americanized, but really you are not. It is not adding to your message which is awesome otherwise. Again, you are a great trader and mentor just I am surprised you got stuck with using f word this much. Just stop and think of it. Otherwise all great.

10. I am having a hard time really getting settle and follow a solid plan. I only day trade the /YM since its at a good price super liquid and I do not get so clutter like I used to when I was watching many stocks at the same time. What would you do if you were to trade one market all the time? would you scalp it ? make few trades daily or where would you start. I have 10k and I am trading only 1 contract at the time and risking 1% per trade. Also I only trade during business hours and most of the time I do not trade at the opening since I always get caught in the bad side. Thank you for your response in advance
