Real estate prices and interest rates are probably going to rise beginning in 2017. In this video I show some actual examples of then and now real estate prices. The general trend decade after decade in real estate is up. Some years are downers, but if a property owner is patient he or she should realize a five or ten percent value increase in property year after year. There are many kinds of real estate such as, single family homes, apartment buildings, commercial property, mobile or manufactured housing, farms, lofts and other types of real estate. Now might be the right time to look at properties. There are sites such as Trulia, Realtor and Zillow and Loopnet. There are also sites which specialize in trailer park purchasing, the entire park, not just one unit, and sites for theater buyers.

1. Hey, first of all I would like to address I'm only 13 years old but that's besides the point I age a trading account with my grand fathers name in it and I've been making 100$ trades on Bank of America left and right.
2. 45$ a month is insane. Things need to be like that again I would just live in a hotel all the time. That price increase since it was built is so large it blows my mind. The price increase overall is unbelievable. "The trend is your friend" lol nice saying.
