  1. Thank you, John, This is a very good video emphasizing the aspect of simplicity that less is more and distraction is unnecessary. I had this notion. My aim is to navigate through the TOS platform in a seamless, smooth manner in order to use what I need in a timely manner just as a concert pianist -- without rearranging the sharps and flats!

My question to you is: Why should one not trade the weekly? I believe that one could overcome the aspect of illiquidity by concentrating on the more active significant companies while locating a high volume contract, especially if one is day-trading this vehicle along with the use of a scanner.
  2. Only information going to use in the trade. Simple
Both sides, call and puts, experation types (regular, quarterly, stay away from weekly (less liquidity)  better to become good at quarterly.  If need to hedge position go into weeklys. Days to expiration (80 )  strike price 35, 55  Are there 30 , 70  stocks at 52 probably
Exchange CBOE.  options market have a rule which is the national best bidder which says  whatever the market is on any given option so the  market is 50 cent bid at sixty cents,  forty-five cents can never trade until those 50 cent trade…... in the same way it's offered at sixty cents… sixty five cents can never trade until those sixty is taken out.  The fact that equities do not have that rule is mind boggling do you know you could be trying to buy twelve dollars and fifty cents in a stock and twelve dollars and twenty cents can trade a million and you could not get filled at 12.50.  I try not to CURSE BUT …...FUCK Spreads...Sinlge, very interesting and go down and value everything at the straddle.  This is a great tool for someone whos just trading equities who doesn’t have great options background.
Watch my videos on straddles.   Put this up on the stocks that you are trading and its invaluable information.  Customize information layout Implied volatility is the price in the market t
Theoretical  is MYYYY volatility So if implied is 40,  and my theoretical is 45 then I believe that the volatility is the market is cheap compared to where I value it.   Basically what val is the market clearing at thats the lingo ya dig.  Last trade for any strike… Delta… Delta is for a quick summary is the likely hood the stock is going to end up in the money.  The stock is 52,and the delta on the 54 is .32 so this says that there is a 32 percent change that GoPro would be in the money.  Its not exactly a percent.
Open interest (made a seperate video)  if youre into options I suggest you watch it.   Bid size, bid ask…. Basic shit so yeah good luck.
