  1. I noticed you were interviewing in Salt Lake City, UT. I am currently living in Orem, UT myself.  I am extremely interested in reality and would love to simply sit down for a few minutes with you in person if possible to ask you some questions. Is that a possibility?
  2. How do you manage properties away from you, and not getting your profitability hurt by property management companies?
  3. Is there a website where you can screen real estate markets? Kind of like a stock screener?
  4. Were your first ten properties all in your backyard or out of state?
  5. thank you.
  6. Hello. How about California?South? North? Middle? Hollywood...LA...Thanks in advance for your clear respond.
  7. Wait, you want to hold the home short term? Why not keep it and slowly pay it off with the money you get from the tenants and keep it for the long run? Then live off of that? But with many properties? Sorry if this is a dumb question, I just turned 20 and am new to all of this.
  8. I love your videos and I kind of understand where your getting at however I don't know where to start who to talk to or how to do it but I'd love to know more about this I've been going around for 2 years trying to learn but I don't know anyone in real estate
  9. Great video. At first I was skeptic and thought you might be a used car sales man or "get rich quick" type of thing but you have shared some very helpful tips and seem very honest/genuine. I'm still afraid to invest outside of my backyard but you've given me a lot to think about! Thank you!!
  10. Impeach Obama now!
  11. Great video. We invest in the US and are from Canada. Better returns, better prices, better cash flow.
  12. It seems you have the real deal
  13. What would you recommend if you are a  new real estate investor. Would investing in your own backyard be okay for the first investment or two even though the returns might not be as good?
  14. But what are the data points you're using to find those 5 hot equity and 5 hot cash flow markets? What kind of economic analysis can I do each year to determine those?
  15. Thanks for the video...QUESTION: I am learning about RE investing at the moment, and want to dive into it. I was taught to invest in areas closer to home simply because it may become a big hassel investing far away when my property run into trouble and requires lots of travel expenses back and forth to fix it. I am at a dilema with your suggestion, could you help me clarify that? Thankyou
  16. Invest in your backyard first. Well at least for me. Then once you get your feet wet. Start exploring elsewhere.
  17. Hello i'm very new to this but i find you very informative, i want to learn to flip houses from having $0, i'm sure this is a challenge but um doing my research so i can be educated on everything i need to know before i take the next step
  18. I’m excited to hear where YOU were planning to invest! Share your stories, experiences, thoughts, and comments below!
  19. I've just been soaking all of this information in from all your videos. I'm 23, I own my own business, and currently have saved up 22,000 dollars. Ive gotten out of the rat race and would love to get involved in real estate. Would you have any advice, books I should read, information on how to start? Maybe possibly we could private message over email? I would love to just learn as much as I can before I get out and invest. Thanks.
  20. Great video!  I just started investing in RE a 4 months ago and working on getting my 3rd property under contract.  My first property was actually 5 hours away from where I live but I visit a lot for work.  I was able to build a team because my travel was paid for by the company I work for.  How do I build a team in a different market if I don't travel there a lot?  Do you make the time to visit the area and set up meetings with agents, banks, contractors, etc?  Thanks for the help and keep up the advice.  I have followed your advice with great success so far.
