This is an awesome video. I really enjoyed this and look forward to getting a copy of your book as soon as my next deal closes. Will you please do a video about your first deal in real estate, that is if you haven't already? I found it Ironic you started in RE the year I was born 1989 and we started at the same age. What kind of wisdom does 23 years provide? I guess ill have to get the book and stay tuned into the show. As a new guy stories like this and as i'm sure some of the other episodes will be equally as good !
