When I first started, I had no pointers on how to trade or what to do, or not to do. There were no traders out there I could speak to. So I had to work from a low base and gradually build out a strategy from there. All these years later I'm still using the same strategy to build out new ideas and break new ground. In this video I explain what I'm looking for and how I go about it.

1. It took magician Derren Brown more than nine hours to flip 10 consecutive heads - I managed 12 reds and a zero (ie not blacks) in four minutes and this has happened many many times on betfair.

2. Why my stake-bet removed after suspend (gool or not) in football match and some others are not removed..not fair?
3. I've been a BA subscriber for many years on and off. I have used it to place bets and play around with more than anything serious. I love looking at all the graphs and the info. I think I must be easily pleased because I don't really have a clue what they mean. I guess and find the movements entertaining without understanding. So, I've either got to get out more or take it seriously. The problem is I've seen hundreds of ideas for trading. I have the sort of personality that wants to do them all in one go. I want to trade sports, dogs, horses, everything! I feel that down this road lies madness. I keep saying, nearly every day, I'm going to start then get sidetracked with reading or hearing something else. Is there a step by step process to start? I don't understand all the terms or have only vague ideas what they mean for instance fill or kill. I find your vids very inspiring. You have a real talent for talking to a camera. Now, grab me by the short and curlies and make me start and tell how where, when. Please. Really, please. I've been lighthearted but I do want to try and everything I see is a good idea and would like a starting point, next step etc. if you can help I would really, really appreciate it. I love BA. Tried others and come back to you. (Trying hard for brownie points?)

4. I do recommend betangel to anyone starting out and not able to develop his own platform. Its a remarkable piece of software, especially the excel sheets integration for auto trading. Although I think that potential users would want to see tangibly how they can operate successfully through betangel. I think this video was a bit vague. I have a decade of experience in bookmaking / trading and risk management, so I think my recommendation has some minor value at least. Keep up the good work on the software, and for the rest of you out there note that I have no personal gains in saying this :)

6. I'm just getting started with Betfair trading, but I am already dreaming about becoming a professional Betfair trader and build my lifestyle around it. This means I won't be tied to location or ruled by a boss. I could therefore live wherever I want, say South America, for instance, combining travel and work, having the advantage of vastly reduced living costs. However, I wonder if ping would pose a problem from such a distance - the response time between Betfair servers which I assume to be in the UK and another continent?

8. Hi! Stumbled on your channel on seeing your video about the grand national. Been into sports trading for about 9-10 months and just discovery that I have been doing everything 100% wrong....lol Your videos have just given me a whole new intake and a new horizon on trading. Just 1 question, could you please recommend a good book which could help to understand the terms and basic terminology used in the markets and also how to read charts. 11. I take offence when people describe my trading as 'gmabling', although, it is, to some extent gambling - but so is opening a high street shop too! Arbing has served a better monetary income for me, than any job in the past, by far, for much less time

13. Peter, you say that you came from a "lower" point than most newbies because at the time noone knew you could arbitrage on betfair. However, that being said you practically set the trend running for thousands of others. So in this case it worked massively in your favour being an early adopter
