In this video I will be doing some live trades and covering some very basic fundamentals of price action trading. When I originally started trading binary options all my main focus was price action and trading around the recurring patterns that show up again and again in the markets. I will be illustrating a basic recurring price action pattern of Consolidation and then a resumption of the dominant trend and this is mainly what I was trading around. You can see this in the video with the live trades that I take. This type of action can be spotted time and time again on different time frames in all markets. Price will often go through a sort of squeeze before resuming the trend and this is due to order flow mainly. In order for price to move higher sellers must be squeezed out of the markets and in order for price to move lower buyers have to be squeezed out at what ever price level. This results in a consolidating price pattern that looks like a squeeze prior to the market continuing the previous trend. I also talk about the Aroon indicator,accelerator oscillator indicator. The Aroon time based indicator briefly because I am using it in this video is part of my binary options strategy to watch the current flow of the price action in the market based on time. Price action trading is a very subjective form of speculating on Binary Options but I am trying to start laying down the basics including what indicators and price action patterns we use in our day to day live trades to spot support and resistance and trade around the markets supply and demand. I am only focusing on EU style binary options brokers in this video but I will do other videos later and talk about American style binary options strategies.
