  2. I think the whole "young" thing is more of an excuse for people. Im 23 and Ive got 10 doors in a suburb outside Toronto (Hamilton) in Canada where lending is much more strict and as long as you dont screw up the first opportunity/loan your given i find people almost prefer to work with younger people because of the perceived increase in drive.
  3. How much money do I need to get started as far as investing into Real estate? 5k, 10k,  20k
  4. its really funny all these people are like wow he bought his first house after high school (with his parents money in Ohio or somewhere )... yeah buddy well if you lived in CAli you would not be buying anything unless mommy and daddy dearest have a ton of cash or you have a trust fund. I know people who are 45 and just now are able to afford a house in San Diego or LA
