  6. A wealth of info. I'm going to have to listen to this several times to get a grasp on most of the info. Have you found that chasing tolerable tenants has resulted in buying in the more expensive neighborhoods? It would appear that the better the neighborhood the easier it can be to rent the unit and the bigger your potential tenant pool will be?

    I dont see anything BP offer to the high level guys and gals.
