There are ways to invest in real estate with less money down, but it takes hard work, time and determination. Nothing is easy, especially getting rich and making a lot of money. Do yourself a favor and do not spend $30k or more on real estate investing programs when you could buy a house with that money instead !

Too many people on YouTube giving false advice, misleading people into thinking it's easier than it is. I honestly don't respect the Wholesalers on YouTube. There are better ways to make money in real estate than trying to piggy back other people's deals, and it's really getting into dangerous territory when you're not an Agent.
