  1. is this called seller owner financing or vendor financing ?
  2. I'm a student right now in college/university and I want to get into real estate once I finished studying, buying property to then rent and create cash flow that would then pay off the morgage. However, I need a certain amount of capital to get a loan. The question is how do I get started in this business with zero money to invest? Do I get a job for a few years to gather enough money to get started? I'm currently starting up a small business and if it works out obviously I'm set but if it doesn't then I need another way to gain that starting capital.
