CNC Flatbed cutter - cutting 3 mm Forex with static knife. Feed: 500 mm/s

Flatbed cutter with 3 Z axis, Mach3, UC300-5LPT board. Work table size: 2200 x 4100 mm. Vacuum clamping system. Z1 - static tangential knife Z2 - oscillating tangential knife Z3 - creasing wheel. The entire project was done in two months.
