1. In all these tutorials, they seem to give examples of a $10 dollar stock with an option price of $1.
   However, I haven't been able to find one of those... all I can seem to find are 0.30 cents as the bid price (that i need to sell at)..
   I'm new to this - Can anyone explain this? Any examples of a $10 stock price with a $1 per share atm call option?
