1. I have Coached Many Investors on rather they should private fund people like David. Its a Dynamic that you must be comfortable with and if you are the David of the group, there are ways to make Investors feel more comfortable with your personality and plan.

3. I've been watching some of your videos about fixing up houses. I have a question: how do you pay for the fix up costs? Do you pay out of pocket or get a loan?
   
   I'm wanting to buy the house I spent almost 10 years of my childhood in, fix it up, and give it to my mom. We moved out a few years before I turned 18. I want to buy it and completely scrap everything and put up new walls, floors, etc. The house is terrible but it has a lot of potential if you put the work in so I know I could get a loan and pay less than $100 a month for it but. My problem is I don't have all the money for fixing it up. Can you get a loan for that as well or do you pay yourself?
