But there are literally thousands of different strategies for trading the market. Every trader has a unique approach to trading. Our goal is to teach you our strategies. I have developed a series of profitable trading strategies for beginners. Our Trading Courses focus on the most fundamental aspects of a successful trade. // Chart Patterns After you understand risk management and proper stock selection, we teach you how to find stock patterns on charts. These patterns are how we base our risk and reward. We look for chart patterns that have well defined areas of support and resistance. We will use previous support levels as our stop price, or our risk, and we look at previous resistance areas as our initial profit target, or our reward. If the profit vs loss ratio is 2:1 we will take the trade. I teach both day trading strategies and swing trading strategies. For day trading we focus primarily on 5min charts while swing traders focus more on daily charts. The patterns in general are the same. I teach traders how to find patterns in real-time including Bull Flags, Bear Flags, Flat Tops, Flat Bottoms, and Rubber Band Reversal Setups. // Trading Strategies Learning risk management, proper stock selection, and chart patterns is important, but those alone don’t create a trading strategy. A trading strategy requires details on the time of day you take these trades, what type of stocks you like to trade, what percentage to success you expect. All our students are required to papertrade and prove to me that they can trade on a percentage of success that is high enough to justify real trading. If you can’t make money in a demo account, you have no business trading a real account. We have saved students hundreds of thousands of dollars by encouraging paper trading while they are learning. The market will be here for a long time to come. The important thing for you right now is to build up the skills to trade the market successfully. You will learn that once you possess the skills to consistently make $20.00/day all it takes to make $200 is larger share size. Then all it takes to make $2000 is again, larger share size. 8. Having 2 accounts cost you $500, sounds like if you were not doing back and forth on accounts to account you would have easily known the issue which probably would end up making you money. Any ways good review, thanks you have inspired me so much. I blew up $25,000 few years back. Now I am studying hard and glad to find someone who teaches the same strategy i used few years back in very meticulous way. Your videos helps me remember what mistakes I did and how can i work and improve on it. Thank you.
9. Sorry for your loss today. Part of the game I guess. I have a question for Ross. I am following your advice and opening an account with SureTrade. There are two options for Software & Data Fee. one is free and other one is $49/month. Which one do you suggest for new traders? Thxs in advance.

11. Oh, I messed up on ANY trying to get a triple play. I bot at .50 doubled at .55 for a target of .60. It pulled back to . 50 for loss. Very disappointing. Live to trade again. Great update video, Ross. Thanks.

15. just for everyone's knowledge I use suretrader their minimum deposit is now 1000 not 500 as of few weeks ago also only way to deposit is via wire transfer their credit debit card deposit hasn't worked for a month my bank gets nervous when I wire money to offshore account but that's only way these people do it now
16. Given the last two days of suretrader errors, at what point do you start considering another broker?
17. Hey Ross, what does candle sticks which just look like drawn lines mean in 1:17 on CATB on the right top corner? I experienced this on the one minute chart trading Suretrader's demo version.
18. how do you place your buy limit order when you enter a trade at a certain price point? i placed a limit order while waiting for it to get to the apex and it always execute right away instead of it waiting for the price to reach that point.
