Day in the life - THIS is how I celebrate 20,000 subscribers!!

Because my last vlog got such a good response, I’m back at it with another - and this time, I’m celebrating 20,000 subscribers (like almost two weeks later...wow). It’s a mixture of antics and advice from Ali The Savage, a pre-birthday celebration, the Sunset Plaza GT car meet, and balloons / champagne to welcome all 20,000 subscribers…tied to the back of my Lotus Exige. For the LOLZ. Thank you all so much for all of your support and encouragement along the way. I never could’ve imagined 20,000 subscribers, let alone just a few months after uploading my first video (which I honestly thought no one would even see). So to sit here, typing this up with 20,000+ people interested in my videos just seems crazy. Still can’t believe it. I sincerely appreciate all of you watching and commenting, and I’m so glad I can be of help to anyone interested in what I have to say. I make these videos as a hobby for fun, and I enjoy the positive impact it has on people in return. This is a labor of love, I have so much fun making videos and seeing the helpful impact it has on people. Just remember to do the same when you become successful - give back as much as you can. Thank you again! 4. Here was my previous comment that u answered & thank you so much for clarifying things: Question about your Craigslist business!!! How did you get paid on the tenants side exactly? So you took pictures, gave them to the agents to use for free, then posted them on Craigslist on your own behalf.....if a person contacted u through Craigslist and ended up renting, you got a percentage of the money from where? Who ended up paying you out of pocket? The landlord? The realty agency?
I just have a few questions now...so the only way to do this would be to become a leasing agent then correct? And that means you would have to get a job at a realty agency correct? Is there any way to build the Craigslist niche outside as an independent/sort of commission based entrepreneur? Thanks for all the content and responses. :)
  5. You'll grow a lot! 100k subscribers in less than a month ;)
  6. Graham, real estate prices in LA are sky high thus so are commissions so If I were to get my licence in Texas where its a lot cheaper would it be harder to reach the goal of 1,000,000 networth by the age of 26 if im 19 right now? and i know things are more expensive in LA but still

  9. Hey graham, i have a question.

I recently have gotten into investing in the stock market and investing in general and i know that one of the main ways to invest is via brokers but i'm not feeling that and was wondering if theres a way to invest yourself without going through a "middle man". If you could help, that was would be awesome! :D
    Congrats on 20k btw :D
  10. Damn you blew up quick! congrats
  11. Great to see that... I learn about it too. Using Stodoys handbooks :)
  12. Hey Graham, I just wanted to say I find your videos very inspiring and informative. I am not pursuing real estate although I find your videos very interesting because you seem to have similar prospects that I find a lot of very successful people have or had when they were younger (such as Jack Ma and Warren Buffet). You seem to be very well educated on the things that are relevant to you, and you make intelligent financial decisions. I find these traits very admirable and that is the reason I watch your content. I also think that a lot of the advice that you give related to selling and marketing real estate is very easily transferable to other industries. Your outlook on customer service is extremely entrepreneurial and I have no doubt that you will continue to increase your level of success in real estate and YouTube. As a lot of your comments say, you are a very genuine person and that is the reason your clients like you and your YouTube success has grown so fast and will continue to grow. Keep up the good work man.
