Best explanation of dividend investment I've seen. trouble is here in the UK reliable dividend stocks typically pay between 2.5 - 4% annually so you wouldn't see as good a gain as in the states where it's relatively easy to find 10% dividend paying stocks. I've even heard of 20% in the states which is insane.

by the time you retire at 60... the best years of your life is gone... everyone, message me, ill use your money to buy safe dividend stocks, you do absolutely nothing. i'll grow the money so quickly and reinvest it all and at the end of 5-10 years split that shit and we all walk away richer men
Put it in a self directed Roth 401k and you will pay ZERO Tax when you retire not 15%
High divident ETF's are a good start.
the problem is getting 10% consistent, good luck on that. maybe 8% more realistic over time.
you invest 6000 in first year and make only 334 profit? there are better opportunities and returns you could make in small business
that is the nominal return you must minus inflation and opportunity costs. dividend tax only 15% I thought it was 40%
