In your original video, you used close and open of 15 min bar. Here you use high/low..why?

Hey Jake, always appreciate your videos. Questions on this: so do you still regularly use this strategy with frequnt success? I've never tried using this opening range strategy but the more I view stocks in my watch and apply this... almost every time it would work (unless the stock has a HUGE run up at open, as you stated in a prior vid).
As far as which option strike to select, you said in a comment before to choose one call/put thats out of the money, or ATM?... play it right when it breaks above or below the morning range or wait for second 15 min bar to confirm trend?
Lastly, would this be ok to do with monthly options, to minimize theta exposure, or since it's scalping do weekly work better? And is there any time you wouldn't use this syrategy?... for example, earnings plays or such?
