   This is my story about an irrevocable trust.
   My mother past in 1999.
   The trustees manipulated the trust. 
   slowly syphoning, all the assets
   My mother came from a poor 
   Nebraska family to Las Vegas and made 
   something of herself against all odds. 
   Working hard as a single mother with 
   two little kids she eventually was able to 
   leave us a trust worth about 2.5 million 
   in 2000 in the form of sound real estate 
   investments. 
   The trusties took over and started to 
   dispose of properties for their fees and 
   "expenses". In 2007 a new 
   trustee took over and he is back to the 
   same old tactics and now my brother's 
   trust is out of money. Now he's suing 
   me for everything I have preserved from 
   my mothers estate. 
   Since this man is well connected with 
   the governor and top lawyers and judges 
   it's no surprise that the judge totally 
   disregarded my lawyer's opposition and 
   rewarded him with all the claims and 
   put a judgement on me plus double 
   damages. I'm totally devastated to 
   realize that I'm on the verge to loose 
   everything my mother worked so hard 
   for and for me to be left without any 
   income, when I didn't do anything 
   wrong. I have made mistakes when I was 
   the trustee and didn't have my 
   accounting in the proper form but this 
   man literally sabotaged me when I was 
   trying to get it done by professional 
   accountants. Four of them refused me 
   when they couldn't get necessary 
   documents from him then the judge 
   used this in his ruling that I was in 
   contempt of court. Just one example of 
   the dirty tactics they used to destroy me, 
   take all our properties and sell them so 
   they can have their "operating expenses" 
   and fees. Those properties are still 
   producing income and were supposed to 
   be our security for our pension years, 
   That was our mother's wishes, and not 
   that to produce fat fees for trustees and 
   lawyers. I have been corresponding with 
   Erin Brokovich for 2 years and I want 
   to go to the NV Supreme Court for justice.
