Marc: It really pays to attempt to become self sufficient(entrepreneurship) and self educate yourself because the high school & University school systems do a poor job of it because they indoctrinate most young people to think that the only way to make a living is with a job.Have a prosperous new year and always remember where there is economic chaos there is always economic opportunity for those with the right mindset to see it & exploit it.
