9. Ross is great.  He is super calm, consistent and he is a master of teaching how to do the same process every day. I've been in his chat room for about 5 months.  He answers all questions newcomers have, even on free chat days which are once a month.  I'm at a point I don't need him to advance, but the chatroom is great for keeping a lonely project with great company, and extra alerts that my scanners don't pick up or I don't think of.  I really think his attidude is the thing I really need to learn from him, and trading well is a side effect.
