It is turing complete. This means it can be used to do basically all transactions that are currently done by swiping your credit card or writing a check. Think apple/android pay but between any two people or accounts. Or even 3, 4, or 5 people, organizations can also be formed. there’s talk it can be used to make liquid democracy. Wouldn’t that be a hoot. However why I really am posting this is to talk to my future self. or my current self. I have been investing in etherium, for a few reasons, a big one is because I need to invest somewhere and I want to have a great upside, I also want to invest somewhere that I see in my future. DAPPS are like apps of today but happening tomorrow. I want to be a part of this and to rise with the tide from it, problem I have is not having a dedicated Etherium computer but I will at some point when I get around to it. Ok basically its like buying stock but for goods and services. [Like money?] yes exactly like money. it’s currently trading around 10.50USD per ether coin. Bitcoin it around 850$ in 2010 it was like 20$ per bitcoin. So Imagine buying a bitcoin back then and then forgetting about it till now, your 20$ could have turned into 800. Thats where I think ether is headed, probably 5 years down the line. Another reason is because CHASE bank is using the ether framework for quora their blockchain future, chase is probably like the EVIL CORP of Mr Robot, when everything goes to shit new time, the renaissance will rely more on the blockchain, ether, bitcoin, and internet digital technology.
