  6. Hey akil i been watching your videos for for like 3 years now before i even thought about trading. 8. Love your work, keep up the job!
  9. Pour out the old English to Brexit traders 😂😂😂😂
  10. Trading level in the US is way better than where I come from... here we have ALOT of people who are teaching without even knowing what they're doing... all of them are people like me who just learned a single strategy or just know a couple of techniques and they teach it ( and charge ALOT OF MONEY for that BS ) they don't even make a backtest, they do NOTHING... and the consequence of that is all their students are consistantely losing money... but people nowdays when they lose they assume the responsability and they blame themselves ( not the teacher) , I know there are certain people who doesn't matter how well you train them their mindset is naturally configured to failure (but hey not all of them), for example there is this guy who teaches a moving average technique combined with japanese candle patterns, he posted his results on Myfxbook, he raised money making publicity on facebook and promising a 30% return of investment per year ( I think that is doable) and he manage to raise more than 60K but I was following his trading... and suddenly he had a drawdown of more than 40% in one session... ( I knew that was going to happen sooner or later coz he was overexposing himself ) immediatelly he change his Myfxbook account to private.. and he just disappeared into the thin air.. ( everyone is looking for him now )

Usually there is one of two types of teachers .they can Trade really well but they just don't know how to teach, or they have NO idea about trading but they are REALLY GOOD teaching and their persuasive skills are amazing... but its REALLY hard to find someone with both qualities , that is why even if my english is not that good, I rather stick with you guys than listen to some punk in my own lenguage (spanish) ( I like japanese aswell but I just can't read " its really hard")

You know the saying (90% of traders fail in the long run, I think that is true for teachers too "as teachers should be traders first" )
  11. hey Akil, Its so tru that ist all about mindset. Sinds I followed your course I have a total different aproach to trading. And I am verry happy with that.
  12. Thanks Akil!
  13. Fantastic stuff.
  14. I guess I had a realisation the other day. (new trader) I placed a limit order above market price expecting price to breakout and continue higher. Well it didn't. reversed to the down side and stopped me out, I learned why having rules in place is so important and also to have patience as well. I gladly accepted that loss as it was a valuable lesson learned
  15. Although I only trade supply and demand, in my opinion Akil Stokes and his crew are a bunch of goof guys and stable/profitable traders. As far as I know, they're the only ones on YouTube that are legit. Young traders should follow these guys as role models!
  16. Great video Akil! Always a pleasure to learn from you!
  17. Hi Akil. Great video and I really like the Q&A. I regret I wasn't able to attend the live event, but I did have a question for you. I was on board with the AUDUSD Gartley trade this week and looking to go short at .7643 (just shy of the .7646 target price. This trade did trigger, but after getting dangerously close the night of the 25th, but then backing off. It then hit it during the night of the 26th. My question is this: what sort of price action during a pattern set up might disqualify that pattern from still being valid? This one happened to work out - albeit advantaged by FED comments on Friday morning (I did hold into it and hit my target). Thanks!
  18. I have a question for you Akil. How is your book coming along? :)
  19. Why dont u trade fundamental news ?!!!!
  20. First!!!! :P
