There is also fundamentals behind that girls. The reason why the USD/CAD is high is because the Oil is very low and of course seeing from my point of view there are a lot of reasons to believe that in the long term is gonna kind of going down when the Oil start stabilizing and going up in prices. But is not that easy because you might also add that the US economy is on the way up but in the very early phase so not until around 2017/18 the strong result should be seen. With that I mean that bank rates are very important to take into consideration since in June 2016 a rate rise might occurs. So until then we should see kind of Volatility in the USD/CAD and difficult to predict using the weakly and monthly charts. When the Oil start going up then we can see again a kind of trend to the downside in the USD/CAD since the Canada is one of the most strongest Oil producer in the world then the CAD should be start getting stronger which should lead to a fallowing USD/CAD but little by little because at that time the US economy is expected to be in good shape as well. So Hummmm, so is not that easy, so trade better short in resistance levels. Those are my humble opinions.

now i work full time , and i want to trade part time, i know this is a question that shouldve been asked in the last webinar, but im kinda of new to this , so my forex plan is to begin risking 20 pips to make 40 pips, is that a good risk to reward ratio? or should i bump it up to risking 20 pips to make 60 pips?
