Over at Keller Williams in ahwatukee we are not seeing a surplus of these homes as we have in the past. I jjust sold a homepath home which was through fannie and we offered full price and there were already two offers. There is a higher price being offered and appraisals are still below so there is volatility in the uprise in price lately.
