He parlayed that into his famous “I’m trying to win a trip to Disneyland” Newspaper subscription sales method… and evolved THAT into the name-dropping, self-aggrandizing, super-generous style we all LOVE about Joe. About John Paul DeJoria: John Paul is a first-generation American turned entrepreneur, philanthropist and pillar of the business community. He has struggled against the odds not only to achieve success, but to share his success with others, always living his motto: “Success unshared is failure.” In 2011, John Paul signed Bill Gates and Warren Buffet’s “The Giving Pledge” as a formal promise to continue giving back. The same year, he established JP’s Peace, Love & Happiness Foundation as a hub for his charitable investments, which support the core values of his companies: sustainability, social responsibility and animal-friendliness. ******************************** Quotes: 1. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you 2. Any possession that you can’t give away, possesses you 3. A great leader is someone who can listen 4. Success is not how much money you have: it’s how well you do what you do 5. When people feel respected and have opportunities, they’ll love their jobs 6. Success unshared is failure ******************************** Learn more about the non-profit organization that John Paul founded http://peacelovehappinessfoundation.org/ For more info about Genius Network, please visit http://www.GeniusNetworkEvents.com Genius Network Presents: John Paul DeJoria - Success Unshared is Failure https://youtu.be/mabfx9iOQho

  1. your the best person in the world with a great warm welcomeing heart
  2. Paul Mitchell Systems, Paauillo Hawaii Lost Boys of the Hamakua Coast.
  3. he talks like as if everyone is already rich. Statements like "Do only what your heart tells you to do" etc is great when you already have even as little as 500k saved up. None of this applies really if you are broke. In that time, you are trying to survive. I think that's what all these guys forget, the first step is the hardest and they overlook all of it. Truth is, doing anything to make you some money is going to be your first step. All these different feelings and ways can be added later. No one talks about that.
  4. i have tried anything that i could and failed, sometimes, i wonder if i just live a simple life and quit being an entrepreneur, but something inside dont let me
