  1. Speculating on the type of family and how quick it is to find a renter as well
  2. You can sell stock in 10 seconds (not minutes), and some houses won't sell for 1yr+
  3. Should I use a real estate agent to help look for home or nah? Or do most people like this look and use their own resources?
  4. every minute is extremely important. if you want to skip around and take shortcuts, you will see the results in your work. if you can't take an hour of your time to watch and listen to the entire video, then perhaps the entire spectrum is too time consuming for you. STOP MAKING EXCUSES. MAKE TIME FOR YOUR SUCCESS!
  5. What city is good for rental investment right now for someone who has budget of 50,000 to 100,000?
  6. That was great!
  7. $2,000,000 in real estate huh? And how much debt? We're all going to see this guy on a late night infomercial sometime soon!
  8. No matter how much you force appraise your house, the bank will always have a final say on your properties market value.
  9. Question: if an apartment is purchased for 1,500,000 with a 500,000 down payment, doesn't this mean that what you paid for it is 1,000,000? (1,500,000 - 500,000)
  10. I have question. I bought a house in 08' when I was in the Army. I owe 66k and comps in my area are selling for around 140k (fixers) and 200k (semi-restored) I think I could get 180k+. I just finished school using the GI bill so my income basically doesn't exist to the banks. Also i used an FHA loan so my sister had to co-sign since I was stationed in Korea at the time. So basically I don't know if I should sell, rent, etc. I can't refinance without her approval and or assistance. I have no idea what I should do. I have about 9k in CC debt and 6k auto so 15k debt total. Should I sell and kinda restart with my new mindset? Should I find a job and build an employment history so that I can ref-fi on my own? I know I should probably stay in my situation because my mortgage is so low, but also I don't really want to have to go through my sister when I want to do anything. She doesn't mind if I sell and also doesn't expect 50/50. I just need some opinions on what the best course of action is, this debt is wearing me down and I don't know what I should do to eliminate the debt and start fresh.
  11. My mother and I inherited two properties totaling in value over $1,000,000 in Hawaii, what do we do to make more money with what we have?

  15. Hello. Good video, it is a bit long but you are engaging so it works. I live in Canada and the housing market here is astronomical. Ive been trying to get into real estate for awhile but I cant because everything is so expensive.

Sure i can buy in the USA however a. its harder because i dont know the rules, laws, etc... for each state
    b. i still have to pay canadian taxes on things i own globally. its a mess of paperwork. literally.

do you have any feedback or advice for how i can get started in real estate either in canada (that youre experienced with) or if you know anything about canada to usa purchases or put me into contact with someone who does please?

Any of this would be appreciated. thanks and keep up the good videos and helping people for free :)!
  16. Where where are his eye brows
  17. On another note if anyone is looking for permit plans and or just need design work contact me and I can give you my email and show some portfolio work.
  18. I like most of what you're saying- But, I didn't like your explanation for why you believe the real estate market is appreciating. Saying increased inflation is equal to increased value is completely untrue. Simple macroeconomic principles show us the difference between real and nominal profits, and we mustn't forget that inflation is simply more money holding less value.
  19. Great video :) thanks !
  20. GIANT QUESTION, u talk mostly about loans for a means of purchasing property's. wouldn't all those loans add up to somewhere around millions of dollars of inescapable debts on ur property's?
