My last comment explained why bitcoin was not included on my annual production of charts of gold vs sovereign currencies. Bitcoin is not a sovereign currency! Johnny's response was that neither was gold!. Before I had a chance to reply the thread was deleted.
Bitcoin is indeed backed not only by a network but by rabid promotion.
