Hi guys Im an EBay Amazon Reseller. Love your guys channel. I'm also an herbalist and just wanted to talk about when we get sick. When I get sick or feel like I'm getting sick I create and take a tincture of Goldenseal and Echinecia. I make my own because I know it's organic and the true strength and there's no crap in it. When you take this tincture it covers a viral and bacteria types of illnesses. So its an herbal and effective antibiotic. Also if you do take a prescription antibiotic it's a good thing to rebuild the good bacteria in your gut. This is where you immune system lives. I make and drink Kumbucha everyday so I'm constantly putting good bacteria in my gut and always keeping my immune system up.
