No I still can't either. I was able to once randomly but it seems to be down again. Maybe they are connecting it to the real online? but I have no idea that is for sure
Do you know why I can't access Bawsaq on GTA Online (by that i mean the character which I make myself not Franklin, Michael or Trevor)?
I've connected my account with Social Club already, but it still says its "down for maintenance switch to GTA V to access"

This is the online stock market for GTA V not GTA Online.. You need to be connected to PSN or XBL to use it.
