In regards to Dr. Boyce Watkins comments about network marketing, if the person that is a new distributer (less than 48 hours) is reaching out to their warm market first (family and close friends), how would they be able to justify their earnings without having significant time in the business?

I'm confused why people would pay so much for a Notary when Banks give Notary's for free to customers and some non customers and a Notary only cost $2 any place else. I gotta look more into this. It sounds good
