Here's another property that sold for 30k as cash flowing

This video was done before I realized that New Orbit funding was selling these properties as cash flowing properties to investors in the UK, I was under the impression that they were bought and was going to be sold once it was rented and cash flowing, but this property was sold just the way you see it, but the new owner has a pretty picture of what this place use to look like in its better days, this video was done July 18,2012 this property is 12019 Whilshire. 2. Carpet upstairs was ok but I would have rather had the hardwood downstairs. I hate carpet in general. I ripped it all out of the house we bought to live in. I guess money wise carpet is cheaper to flip a house.
