5. What about having a consigner on a property? I'm 24 with little credit. Have a bit of money but need s food consigner to make things really go smoothly for me.
6. I literally had the same idea of sleeping on the couch while renting out all the rooms to other people. Unfortunately I couldn't do this because of family circumstances disabled me from buying my own place. I'm super happy to hear all these crazy house hacking ideas I had are feasible and doable!
