1. I tried to access the information on the extra link you talked about and it wasn't there any more. I'd really love some more info. I am 30 and would like to buy my first home but my credit isnt great and I'm not sure the process. Maybe after I owned my own home I could look at investing in property as well. I really would like a breakdown of basic info if you could help.
