How I became a millionaire in real estate by 26

Here's my story of skipping college, pursing real estate sales at 18 years old, and becoming a millionaire by the time I turned 26. While this video mainly focuses on my successes, it wasn't easy and it came with many sacrifices, of which I'll outline in future videos to come. 2. I just happened upon your video by chance, so glad I did you are amazing! I am currently in college for robotics engineering and have been trying to get into a career of real estate on the side so that I can learn the market and eventually transition into a stage where I focus on the investing aspect. However, classes keep taking away my time to study for real estate. I have almost finished my education but still need to take the licensing test here in california. I think I will have it done sometime during the summer. Great video, will definitely be subscribing!
  3. What was the most important thing that you learned in the real estate process? I'm trying to develop my skills and get a better idea of what things I should take note on. Thanks
  4. I'm from the UK. I have decided that I have to be an entrepreneur/self employed, I'm a hard worker but I just can't put my time and effort into making someone else rich, it is not satisfying at all. The idea of working in real estate (property as it is called in the UK haha) is something I would love to get in to. Ever since I was a kid I've wanted to buy houses, do them up and then sell them on with the added value I will have created.
Right now though, in the meantime, what I was thinking is to set up a website listing local properties in my home city (properties that have been privately listed on Ebay or Gumtree or something like that) and get a commission when/if they sell. I'm sure this has been done before, sites like rightmove are similar but on a huge scale, this would be local. Is this a viable idea do people think? Also is there any legal stuff I would need to consider with this?
  5. how do u get in to real estate

  7. I'm 19 and I'm buying and selling cars with profit, working for about $50 per day on a carwash and with that profit i will buy houses, rent them and continue with buying and selling cars..... Cars are my passion, I'm selling about 3 or 4 cars per month........... And stacking fucking money.....

  10. I actually got a pretty much free spot in a real estate firm a couple months ago and I put it off after I turned 18, I just saw this video in my related feed and was a little intrigued. I'm gonna watch and give the firm a call later today.
  11. Subscribed :)
  12. Being so well off at such a young age, why did you choose to only have 4 investment properties (shown in your video about your $3950/mo in passive income) rather than investing a large portion of your current cash flow into more rental properties. That way couldn't you live strictly off of your passive income and not have to do real estate selling?
  13. Good for you. Sounds like you've been very fortune with your efforts. Stay savvy. 👍
  14. Million times better than fucking Tai Lopez. Props to you
  15. this just woke me up to do more in life
  16. lmao i live in san bernardino had no idea you were going to talk about it aha
  17. India Incs are looting every American tech job and those jobs all pay $80-$100/hr. India Incs only hire 100% Indians in violation of all US laws.
  18. India Incs caused the 2008 financial collapse. Now they are looting Microsoft and Apple. The RE market collapsed in 2008 because India Incs looted all the jobs of mortgage-paying Americans.
  19. The next Tai Lopez.
  20. i love your honesty. .😎
