1. I have 2 of Mr.Nickersons books 'How I invested 1 thousand dollars & made 1 million dollars in real estate'.One is soft cover &the other hard cover.I bought them in 1970 'used'. I used everything he wrote & did what he did and also invested 1 thousand $'s and made a million. Then bought 2.fast food commercial properties.Can any one tell me what my 2 books might be worth today? They r 4 sale. Thanx.
2. Many people disagree with the specifics of RDPD, but as a general motivational book it is helpful, although don't assume it is as easy as kiyosaki implies. It is hard to say what is the "best" book, but this is a very good one, and one worth reading if you're interested. "real estate investing" is also very diverse. flips, rentals, notes, etc.... there are many different things that are summed as "real estate investing".

4. is this the best book on real estate? what are some of the most essentials on real estate? i'm a college business student just getting into it, so far ive read rich dad poor dad and it kind of helped me move in this direction.
