1. More Keynesian mumbo-jumbo. Credit isn't the lifeblood of the economy - savings are. And can you show me one time in the history of the Federal Reserve where they handled monetary policy correctly? They either do too much or too little. And that's because their policies are doomed to fail. Look at the recessions in the US before we adopted Keynes theories and had the government and central bank try to micromanage the economy(before the 1930s). The recessions never turned into depressions, we let the free market work and didn't have the government intervene. And because of that we prospered. Only Capitalism works, only the free market works; history speaks for itself.
2. Hey, I got an idea. Would it be possible to change debts entirely to investments? So that anyone who loans money will receive more if they succeed, but receive nothing if they bust.
   I think this would make the loaning system based more on confidence than risky pursue for profit...

    I've studied economics and thought this was a fantastic illustration of simplified theory.
    
    Ray (the narrator) never states that this method doesn't have problems, he just discusses how this 'machine' should ideally work.

14. Before I watch this, let me put on my tinfoil hat.
15. Why don't governments just print their own currency without having to go into debt to the International bankers? Countries like Canada don't need to import anything from any other countries, so we wouldn't need an international currency to trade with other countries. If every country took the power back from the bankers, this planet would not see poverty, or inequality or any of the current problems created by this debt based system. This movie does a good job of explaining the current garbage ponzi scam system, why not make a real movie about who really controls the money supply and watch how pissed people get?
