When you make the order for the options, are you only paying the option price initially, then paying for stock value (I guess you'd being buying it at $35.50 and selling it at $37.00 or higher in this case) when the option is exercised? Specifically, i'm asking are you only paying for the stock price if you're out-of-the-money when option is exercised,
