How to Easily Open and Close Option Spreads in Interactive Brokers

If you have every tried to close out an option spread in Interactive Brokers you know that it can be a pain. If you do it wrong it can also cost you money. This video shows you how to easily open and close a credit spread in IB.

1. I've just downloaded the WTS and it seems different now. I try to open a Vertical SPREAD (SELL) this way: sell call at 140 and buy call at 145 on facebook title. Unfortunately I'm not sure what it means for sell and buy. Anyway, after putting all data, it doesn't allow to open a trade. What should I do?
2. The confusion arises because you are opening a bear call spread which is a credit spread. That means you take in a credit, i.e. you should be SELLING to open the trade.
   IB is a big clunky code-mangled mess that needs upgrading.
   I would advise people to look elsewhere for a modern trading platform

3. I don't see the combinations to have that legs dialog pop up.
4. How do you save it whenever I'm in demo and exit and reopen it doesn't save and I go back to square 1 anyone know.
