Chris, I love your videos and did the free trial of REIPro and that program is simply amazing. I'm revisiting real estate investing so I will probably get REIPro again soon. Just figuring out a method to start with very little cash.

Chris, I've listened to all your YouTube multiple times. You are right, I do pick up something I didn't hear the last time. I have signed up for the free trial & already sent & sending a trail of post cards using preforeclosure lists. It's in week 2/3 for mail outs. I've been at this for a few months but now more aggressively. I have google adwords also. I've gotten a mobile home lead, which those I was told we don't want. The second was an unmotivated seller who is currently working hard to bump her credit enough for a loan. Now I'm in Austin, I heard u talk about here the houses are more difficult than other places in Texas. But my market is pflugerville, hutto, round rock, cedar park.... what's your take on the approach here? I'm really frustrated and upwards of $800k in advertising....
maybe i keep missing this....but when it comes to the letters or post cards...im not hearing how you go about this...what am i actually doing i send a letter saying what to who to where?...i hear letters and post cards...but nothing else...anyone knows pls help
