13. I really liked that you pointed out at 35:40 that it simply isn't possible to start out as a real estate investor, or any investor for that matter. I think people just want so badly to take a shortcut and skip the work. That is why no money down is all I ever hear about.
    
    To be an investor you need to have money to invest. I don't know why that is so hard for people to grasp. The only reason I'm getting into sales is so that I can grind as hard as possible to get to where I can start participating in my actual passion, which is investing.
